  Because some of the most critical positions cannot be filled using the usual recruitment methods, at MenaScope we approach head hunting and executive searches with the thoroughness and diligence that such top positions warrant. We do not restrict our search efforts to any one geographical location as we employ an international network of contacts that is able to reach a global pool of professionals.


• Recruitment Process Outsourcing:
  
  Here our team plays the role of the client’s recruitment department to as much or as little extent as the client needs require.  From handling one function of the recruitment cycle (screening, testing, interviewing, etc…) to taking over the entire cycle, our team will work to meet client recruitment targets in a cost effective manner.
